By using YardHop, you agree to these simple terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Using YardHop
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for what you post and for following local laws.
- Don't post anything illegal, dangerous, hateful, or misleading.
- Don't post items prohibited by law (weapons, stolen goods, etc.).
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you post. By posting, you give YardHop permission to display that content on the platform so others can see your sale.
Meetups & transactions
YardHop is a discovery tool. Any in-person meetup or transaction is between you and the other person. Use common sense: meet in safe spots, bring a friend, and trust your gut. YardHop isn't responsible for items sold, money exchanged, or anything that happens at a sale.
Account termination
We may remove listings or accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account anytime by emailing support@yardhop.app.
No warranty
YardHop is provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it'll always be perfect or available.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do.
